I’m Shayna Wilkerson, a Philadelphia-based braider and loctician with over 15 years of hands-on experience. I’ve been braiding since the age of 10—what started as a passion quickly became a calling. Around 25, I expanded into loc care, learning everything I could about healthy loc maintenance and growth. I specialize in natural styles that protect and elevate your crown—from knotless braids to starter locs to deep detox and retwist services. Every head I touch is treated with the same care I give my own. ⸻ 📌 Booking Policy – Please Read Before Booking: 🔹 Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. No deposit = no appointment. 🔹 No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit 🔹 Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free unless your service comes with a wash. If not, a wash is an additional $10 🔹 Take-down is not included unless stated. If you need your previous style taken down, an additional fee will apply — see services for pricing 🔹 No extra guests unless they are also being serviced 🔹 10-minute grace period.
